These cartoons are feebly attempting to send the message that Texas' emphasis on easing business regulations is directly
related to (if not completely responsible for) the deadly blast.
I wonder why the cartoonists didn't draw images of Sandy Hook with a
"Gun Free Zone" sign in front of a bullet riddled building. Or maybe
something truly hilarious reflecting severed body parts crossing the finish line at the Boston Marathon. I really don't wonder. I'm just a fan of rhetoric. But I digress.
The town of West will rebuild with little fanfare and probably with almost no union labor. Rest assured that the business friendly regulatory environment in Texas will facilitate West roaring back at a pace unimaginable to Kalifornia and New York liberal media types.
