There is good news from Boston. The surviving bomber was read his Miranda rights and will be charged as any U.S. citizen would. The other good news is that he can be executed under Federal law when he's found guilty. Let's hop the Obama administration has the balls to carry that sentence out. Even more good news is that there is now one more person off of welfare. Yep, this asshole was on public assistance. Nancy Pelosi recently stated that for every dollar a person receives in food stamps, $1.79 is put back into the economy. Makes me wonder how many pressure cookers my tax money paid for. But I digress.
Remember my comment on the Saudi suspect who was held in custody at the hospital immediately after the bombing? The one who was in the States on a student visa supposedly attending school in Findlay Ohio? The one who was never in school and instead had an apartment in Boston? The one who was labeled a State Department 212(a)3(b) threat? Apparently Janet Nepolitano finally remembers him and she's stepping in the doo doo piles around one's feet when they offer bullshit answers to cover their ass.
This classification isn't something that some bureaucrat can initiate in a whim.
To be labeled a 212(a)3(b) threat requires a detailed dossier, the details of which must be 100% agreed upon by numerous high-level Federal agencies and then the facts about the subject are debated for hours before a Federal judge before the classification can be assigned.
This individual was officially labeled with this classification and yet was set free with full knowledge that he was involved in the bombing. The depth of the reason for his release is still yet to be seen. The bottom line is it appears that Janet Nepolitano perjured herself and it's all about to become public. It will be interesting to see how (or even if) the compliant media reports it.
